The 2026 Georgia Wing Lt Col James Card Summer Encampment is scheduled for June 15- June 21, 2026, at the Georgia Military College, Milledgeville, Georgia.

Adult Staff Application Instructions

ADULT STAFF APPLICATIONS: We are accepting applications for these Adult Staff at this time. The available staff positions are:

• NCO Advisor
• Administration Officer(s)
• Communications Officer(s)
• Chaplain(s)
• Character Development Instructor(s) (CDI)
• Health Services Officer(s)
• Finance Officer(s)
• Logistics Officer(s)
• Public Affairs Officer(s)
• Safety Officer(s)
• Standardization/Evaluation Officer(s)
• Senior Training Officer (s)
• Training Officer(s)

Applications will remain open until all slots are filled.

Prerequisite: Level 1 must be completed before attending encampment as staff, all applicants who have not already done so will need to complete Basic Risk Management and ICUT.

• Letter of Interest: Describe why you are interested in the role and explain what makes you the best candidate for the position. It should also list 2-3 positions in preferential order 

• Endorsement Letter from Your Immediate Commander (Unit): This letter should confirm your suitability and recommend you as an applicant for this leadership opportunity.
