Leadership is a very important part of Civil Air Patrol’s cadet program, and is one of the main things that we focus on. Our goal is to have the next person after us do a better job than we did.

Today, we asked cadets and senior members what the 4th of July means to them, what their favorite part of the 4th is, and how they feel about spending it at encampment.
Day Two of encampment included in processing, room assignments, the initial skills assessment, and briefings for medical and safety. Cadets will end the day learning about the Warrior Spirit and how discipline is the key to success.
