SER Cadet Program - Hot News!

 

Hello Southeast Region,

 

 I'm glad to announce that the Southeast Region will have a Winter Encampment in 2003. We have arranged for the facilities at Tyndall AFB for the encampment. The dates are December 27, 2003 thru January 3, 2004. We have asked for about 350 beds/spaces, with the expectation that we will get 30 to 50 CAP members from most Wings. Attached to this email you will find the "Operations Order" for the encampment. I have also attached forms, workbook and operating instruction.

 

I encourage all Wings to pass information out ASAP. Make it available on your Web sites and forward copies to all your squadrons.

 

Don't wait to the last minute to send your application!  In the event that we do not get our request for space or limited for any other reason, we will fill the spaces based on the date the application is postmarked or date the email was sent. (See Operation Order for details).

 

Do not send any paperwork to NHQ! NOTHING! All paperwork should be sent to the SER and/or your Wing!

 

The encampment is a significant and worthwhile training. Come and experience the brotherhood throughout our region while we teach and learn our program.
