Thank you for your interest in the Civil Air Patrol and the Peachtree DeKalb (PDK) Senior Squadron.

As the official Auxiliary of the United States Air Force, the Civil Air Patrol is an all volunteer organization made-up of people like you seeking opportunities to give-back to their country and community.

For over 60 years, the Civil Air Patrol has contributed to homeland security, saved lives and property through Emergency Services, promoted Aerospace Education and supported the development of our youth with Cadet Programs.

CAP performs 95% of our nation’s inland search and rescue missions and saves approximately 100 lives per year. We operate the largest fleet of single-engine, piston aircraft in the world and our over 62,000 trained members fly more than 120,000 hours every year.

The PDK Senior Squadron is one of the best trained, active and diverse units in the Southeast. We are the recipient of the "Georgia Wing's Senior Squadron of the Year" numerous times and have also received nine CAP Unit Citations for excellence with the latest award in 2007.
